Lebanon's Hezbollah is not only considered the political and social force of the Shiite community, but also known as an impregnable bastion of solidarity between Shiites and Sunnis, Muslims and non-Muslims, especially Jews and Christians.

Hawzah News Agency- a memorial ceremony was held in the memory of the Lebanese Hezbollah Secretary General Seyed Hassan Nasrallah at the Imam Zain Al Abedin (PBUH) Mosque in Srinagar, Kashmir.

The speaker of this event, Hujjat al-Islam Abdul Hossein, said,” Martyr Seyed Hassan Nasrallah successfully dedicated his whole life to make his country invincible, and by preserving the religious identity of every citizen, he maintained unity and solidarity against the colonial powers.”

Hujjat al-Islam Abdul Hossein further pointed to the inspirations of the Lebanese Shiites after the establishment of Islamic Republic in Iran, considering that Lebanon has always been an academic center, he said,” In the country of Lebanon, prior to the Islamic Revolution of Iran, the scholars could not take practical steps for improving public welfare.”

He further noted, “For instance, a scholar like Allamah Seyyed Abdul Hossein Sharfuddin, who also offered congregational prayers in the Grand Mosque, could not get permission from the government to establish a school in Lebanon, but the presence of great scholars like Imam Musa Sadr, who combined politics and piety with the inspiration of the guardianship of religious jurist in Iran, he was able to open a new way.”

Today, Lebanon's Hezbollah is not only considered the political and social force of the Shiite community, but also known as an impregnable bastion of solidarity between Shiites and Sunnis, Muslims and non-Muslims, especially Jews and Christians.

He went on to say that we, like Lebanon, must find a solution to our problems by taking inspiration from the Islamic Revolution of Iran. Lebanon's Hezbollah is a living example of standing on its own feet, which is a beacon for us.
